Please note that this unit is the lower half of a duplex; as such, you may hear the upstairs neighbors and their two friendly dogs during the day. Guests have access to the entire home with the exception of the basement. While there is a door to the backyard for emergency exits, guests are asked to refrain from using the backyard space as it is reserved for the upstairs tenants and their pets. Pets are allowed in this home.
