• Check-in: 4:00 PM | Check-out: 9:00 AM
• Minimum age to book is 25 (must be present for entire stay); strictly no Spring Breakers under 25.
• A signed rental agreement and driver's license are required within 48 hours of booking.
• Maximum occupancy is 6 people (including children).
• Parking: Limited to one vehicle per unit; only one parking pass is provided.
• Pets and smoking are strictly prohibited.
• No outside golf carts or scooters are allowed within the resort.
• Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
• Please report maintenance or cleanliness issues within 2 hours of check-in.
