Practical Info & Rules: Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Please note that 4WD with snow tires or chains is required from November through May. The home utilizes a well water system, and guests are asked to space out showers. Pets are welcome with prior approval and a $50 per-pet fee. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the home. The garage is reserved for the homeowner and is unavailable for guest use. Exterior entry-door monitors are in place for security.
