With a total of 5 beds throughout the property, there's plenty of space for your entire crew to spread out and relax.

Within roughly five minutes, you'll find Carter Park for sledding and playground fun, Stephen C. West Ice Arena, High Line Railroad Park, and Main Street's Blue River Plaza and Maggie Pond. Outdoor enthusiasts will appreciate easy access to the Burro Trail, Illinois Creek and Sawmill Reservoir paths with Blue River access, and the Riverwalk Center lawn.

Practical Information: Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out requests may incur fees up to $100. The property is not pet-friendly and requires guests to be 21+ to book. Please note this home has stairs and is not ski-in/ski-out. WiFi is provided, though speed and reliability may vary due to the mountain location. The property operates under Breckenridge Short-Term Rental License #LR23-000055.

Quiet hours are observed from 9 PM to 8 AM, and no events, parties, or group gatherings are allowed unless pre-approved. Guests should remove trash and run the dishwasher upon departure, and over-occupancy incurs a $500 fine per extra person.
