Practical Information & Rules: Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Please note that pets are not allowed. For safety and maintenance, guests must close and lock all windows and doors when leaving the suite. To ensure efficiency and safety, windows must remain closed when the heating system is operating from mid-October to early April. Per local bylaws, the suite is equipped with smoke and carbon monoxide detectors; tampering with these devices is strictly prohibited. To maintain community safety, the home utilizes a decibel monitoring sensor, though no audio or visual recording devices are present. An optional Damage Waiver is available via the digital check-in process.
