Designed for comfort and convenience, the studio accommodates up to 4 guests. The sleeping arrangements feature one queen bed and a queen sleeper sofa, with a single bathroom to serve the space. The interior is highlighted by an electric fireplace and two smart TVs (50" and 43"), creating a cozy atmosphere for relaxing after a day on the slopes or hiking the summer trails.

While the studio offers private living, guests gain full access to the extensive resort facilities at Beaver Run. The space includes a full kitchen equipped with a fridge, convection microwave, coffee maker, and necessary dishes.

Resort-wide features available to guests include:

Practical Information:

• Check-in: 4:00 PM
• Check-out: 11:00 AM
• Pets: Well-behaved dogs are welcome for a fee of $80 per dog, per stay.
• Parking: Paid directly to Beaver Run; rates are $15/night off-season and $39–$42/night during ski season.
• Seasonal Notes: Portable A/C is available during summer months. Peak 9 lifts typically close mid-April, at which point the free shuttle provides access to Peak 8.
• Family: A Pack ’n Play is available upon request (guests must provide their own sheets).
