The layout provides versatile living options across two levels. The main level is accessible with no steps and includes three private bedrooms (two Kings and one Queen) and two full bathrooms. The lower level, accessed via an indoor spiral staircase, houses a private fourth bedroom with a Queen bed and an additional bathroom.

Inside, the home is adorned with authentic Southwestern décor, including original paintings and prints that create a warm and inviting atmosphere. The heart of the home is the huge great room, featuring comfortable seating for eight, a cozy wood stove, and wall-to-wall windows that showcase stunning scenery, all centered around an 85” Smart TV. The galley-style kitchen is fully equipped with a full assortment of dishes, wine glasses, and appliances, opening directly into the dining area with its large wooden table. For those needing to stay connected, a dedicated office space provides a quiet environment to work remotely.
