The layout features 2 bedrooms, each configured with a queen-size bed and memory foam toppers with hotel-quality linens, and 1 full bathroom accessible from both sleeping alcoves. The property comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests.

At the heart of the home is the spacious Great Room, a natural living space bathed in light from floor-to-ceiling windows that nourish built-in planters. This area includes a cozy living space with a Roku TV, Bose speakers, eclectic bookshelves, and a dedicated workspace. For light meal preparation, there is a kitchenette equipped with a single induction burner, microwave, toaster, and fridge/freezer, complemented by a four-top Italian wood dining table and a sit-in bar top. Climate comfort is managed via an evaporative cooler, skylights, and specific heating elements: a propane space heater in the main room, a wall heater in the primary bedroom, and an electric heater in the second bedroom.

Beyond the home, a stone path leads to shared wellness areas:

• A spa and yoga retreat featuring a custom built-in jetted hot tub with a waterfall, yoga mats, aromatherapy, and an antique Indian oxcart daybed.
