The lodge features 3 spacious private bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, accommodating up to 8 guests. The main level hosts a magnificent master suite with a new King size bed, luxurious linens, and a large flat screen TV with Roku and Blue Ray capabilities. Also on the main level is a cozy and intimate second bedroom featuring a Queen bed. The lower level contains a third bedroom with another new King bed, a smart television, and a dedicated desk for those who need to work. For additional sleeping space, the game room includes a Queen sofa sleeper.

Designed for both relaxation and entertainment, the interior boasts a large open living room with vaulted ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows that span both levels to showcase stunning mountain views. The full-size kitchen is open to the dining area—where the table seats 8 with additional space for 2 at the island—making it perfect for chatting with family while preparing amazing meals. For fun, the lower level features a recreation and billiards room equipped with a full-size pool table, a large TV for immersive movie nights, and a convenient half-kitchen bar with its own sink, microwave, and refrigerator.

Outside, the property is surrounded by pine and spruce trees. Guests can enjoy fabulous outdoor seating on the upper deck with a new gas grill, or relax in the large hot tub located under the deck, providing shelter from rain or snow while maintaining views of the forest and stars. A telescope is available for gazing at wildlife or the night sky.

Located in a high alpine environment at approximately 11,079 ft, the lodge provides easy access to National Forest hiking trails. For winter enthusiasts, world-class skiing and boarding at Breckenridge, Keystone, and A-Basin are nearby; Breckenridge is just a 20-mile drive away, offering fabulous shopping and restaurants.

• Pets: Friendly (must be approved; $50 fee per pet)
• Winter Travel: 4WD vehicle with adequate snow tires or chains is required from November through May

• Other: Guests must sign a vacation rental agreement; outdoor security cameras are in use for occupancy verification; the home uses a well water system
