The home features a generous layout with 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, accommodating up to 14 guests. Sleeping arrangements are thoughtfully organized to maximize space: the master bedroom and the fourth bedroom each feature a king size bed, while the third bedroom offers a queen size bed. For larger groups, the second bedroom includes one bunk bed (twin over twin) and another bunk bed (twin over full), and the fifth bedroom provides two bunk beds, each with a twin on top and a full on bottom.

Inside, you will find updated finishes, tasteful furniture, and modern electronics that create a creative, homey touch. The interior includes a spacious dining area, a cozy living area with a TV for lounging, and a fully equipped kitchen with full-size appliances and all the necessary utensils for cooking and baking.

You can walk to the Fraser River trail, local restaurants, breweries, a distillery, and grocery and liquor stores, as well as the free Fraser/Winter Park shuttle.
