Designed for comfort and gathering, the home features 3 bedrooms, 3 beds, and 2 bathrooms, accommodating up to 8 guests. The sleeping arrangements include a Master Suite upstairs with a King bed nestled in an alcove and quintessential Colorado log furniture. Another room features Queen log furniture and a comfortable mattress, while the bunk room offers two sets of bunk beds, providing a wonderful space for children or those who are kids at heart to create lasting memories.

Inside, the living room invites you to unwind by a classic stone fireplace, with ceiling-to-floor windows that frame the surrounding wilderness. The amazing kitchen and dining area, complete with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, is fully stocked and designed for congregating. For additional relaxation, a back family room features a gas fireplace and a large flat-screen television with Direct TV. The newly remodeled Master bathroom is a standout, featuring in-floor heat, a luxurious steam shower, and a double vanity.

Outdoor living is an integral part of the experience. A large front deck includes a log picnic table and seating area, complemented by a large grill for outdoor meals. Guests can also enjoy a private hot tub tucked away in the woods or take short hikes directly on the property to enjoy the mountain views.

Location & Neighborhood Situated at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac and located near Highway 09, the lodge is centrally positioned for the best of Colorado. Guests are just a short drive from premier hiking, skiing, rafting, and fishing activities.

• This home is located in a high alpine environment at approximately 10,571 ft; please consider elevation and weather when booking
• From November through May, a 4WD vehicle with adequate snow tires or chains is required
• Guests will be required to sign a vacation rental agreement after booking
• The home uses a well water system, which may have variability in taste or smell
• Outdoor security cameras are used for visual monitoring and occupancy verification
