Designed for comfort and convenience, this spacious retreat features 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms, accommodating up to 12 guests. The layout includes four queen bedrooms, each boasting the luxury of an ensuite bath. The lower levels provide additional sleeping arrangements with bunk beds, consisting of one full-size and one twin bed on each side of the duplex, ensuring everyone has a cozy place to rest.

While this property focuses on providing a "vacation ready" experience, please note that general amenities are provided as follows:

• Restrictions: This home is for personal vacation use only. Parties, large gatherings, smoking, firearms, and unauthorized pets are strictly prohibited. ATVs are permitted in the driveway for access only.
• Policies: Guests must adhere to all rental agreements and local laws. Violations or excessive mess may result in charges up to $1000.00.
• Cancellations: Full refunds (minus a $125 fee) are available for cancellations made more than 30 days prior to check-in. No refunds are issued after this date, including for weather conditions.
