The ground floor serves as a dedicated children's wing, housing two queen-sized bedrooms, a separate living area, and a family bathroom. The middle level is the heart of the home, featuring an open-plan kitchen, living, and dining room that opens onto an enormous balcony with wide ocean views. This level also includes a queen-sized bedroom with an enormous bathroom and a huge bath. The top floor boasts an A-frame mezzanine with an additional sitting area and a king-sized bedroom.

This classic, older-style residence has retained its original charm, offering relaxed sophistication through architectural timber features and an abundance of glass. While not recently renovated, it provides a laid-back coastal experience enveloped by lush native vegetation.

• Please note: The jets in the spa bath are currently non-functional.
