Once Upon A Dream is a high-rise retreat where you'll feel as though you are in a dream, boasting 180-degree views of the sparkling white beaches and vibrant blue waters of the Gulf of Mexico in Panama City, Florida.

This bright and breezy sanctuary comfortably sleeps up to 5 guests. The layout features 1 private bedroom with a king size bed and an ensuite bathroom featuring a single vanity and shower/tub combo. Additional sleeping arrangements include a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room and a hallway nook equipped with a twin-over-twin bunk bed. The home also includes a convenient half bathroom.

Inside, the condo is filled with a peaceful ambiance, showcasing original art from a local artist with a biography displayed in the hallway. The living area offers plush sofa seating and a smart TV, while the chic dining table seats four. The cozy kitchen is fully equipped for any meal prep with major appliances, a coffee maker, toaster, and blender, along with ample cabinetry stocked with cookware and dining ware. Step outside onto the private, shaded balcony to breathe in the fresh, salty air and take in the stunning ocean views.

Located on the 13th floor of The Summit Condominium Complex, you have beachfront access day or night. Guests can enjoy a plethora of onsite amenities including multiple pools, indoor and outdoor hot tubs, a sauna with steam rooms, tennis courts, a shuffleboard court, a fitness center, and an onsite bar and restaurant. For golfers, the Signal Hill Golf Course is located directly across the street. Being in the heart of PCB, you can leave the car behind and take a short walk to various shopping and dining destinations.
