The sleeping arrangements include two Queen bedrooms, each boasting its own ensuite bath for added privacy. A third lower bedroom provides flexible sleeping options with bunk beds, consisting of one full-size and one twin bed, comfortably accommodating up to 7 guests.

To ensure a smooth arrival, please note that check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Pinon Vacation Rentals provides guest support from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM. All guests are responsible for reviewing the Welcome Book for specific check-in and check-out instructions.

This home is rented for personal vacation use only. Large gatherings, parties, smoking, the use of firearms, and pets are strictly prohibited. ATVs are permitted in the driveway for access only. Please be aware that violations of rental policies, unauthorized over-occupancy, or excessive mess may result in charges up to $1,000.00. Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to check-in are eligible for a full refund minus a $125 cancellation fee or a $75 change fee. No refunds are issued after this date or due to weather conditions. Trip cancellation and travel insurance are available on the booking page.
