The home is designed for maximum comfort and flexibility. The layout features 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms, accommodating up to 7 guests. Two of the bedrooms feature queen beds and the convenience of ensuite baths, while the lower bedroom is ideal for children or additional guests with bunk beds consisting of one full-size and one twin bed.

Located in the heart of nature, you are only minutes away from the thrills of Ski Monarch and the Arkansas River, where rafting and fishing await. If you enjoy exploring on two wheels, you will find yourself incredibly close to a ton of mountain bike trails. For those traveling with children, a sweet playground area is located right across the street.

• This home is for personal vacation use only; parties and large gatherings are strictly prohibited.
• Smoking, use of firearms, and driving ATVs (except for driveway access) are forbidden.
• Violations of rental policies, unapproved over-occupancy, or excessive mess may result in charges up to $1000.00.
• Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to check-in receive a full refund minus a $125 cancellation fee (or $75 change fee). No refunds are issued after this date or due to weather conditions.
