Please note that this is a pet-free property and does not have air conditioning, which is typical for high-altitude homes. Families are welcome, though please be aware the home is not child-proof and contains multiple staircases.

Guests will receive a digital guidebook via email to access check-in information and manage security deposit options (either a $250 refundable deposit or a small damage waiver). For extended stays longer than 15 days, a required mid-stay cleaning fee of $150 applies.
