This spacious cabin features 3 comfortable bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, accommodating up to 6 guests. The sleeping arrangements are located on the main floor and include one king bedroom and two queen bedrooms. For your convenience, the home offers a guest bathroom with a bathtub and a primary ensuite bathroom equipped with a walk-in shower. Please note that while the bedrooms and bathrooms are on the ground floor, the kitchen and living room are located on the second floor.

Inside, the home radiates an airy feeling thanks to vaulted ceilings and a striking wall of windows that pulls the surrounding mountain scenery directly into the living and dining areas. Whether you are prepping meals in the fully equipped kitchen or relaxing in the open living space, the natural beauty of the landscape is always present.

• OHV Policy: OHVs must be trailered in and out; riding OHVs on Colorado County Roads is illegal and strictly prohibited.
• Important Notes: The home does not have air conditioning. Cell service is unavailable in this area; guests must use Wi-Fi calling.
• Use Policy: This home is for personal vacation use only. Large gatherings, parties, smoking, and firearms are strictly prohibited.
• Cancellation: Full refund up to 30 days before check-in; 50% refund from 14-29 days prior. No refunds after this period.
