The primary king suite boasts a newly renovated en-suite bathroom and a private screened-in porch. The second king bedroom also features its own en-suite, while the third king and the bunk room share a bathroom with double sinks and access to their own screened-in porch. A rare and welcome feature is the two separate living areas on the main floor, which can be closed off to provide privacy for both adults and children.

Prepare grand meals in the sophisticated kitchen, which features stainless steel appliances, a floating island breakfast bar, and a formal dining table. For added convenience, an extra refrigerator is located in the garage. To savor the moment, guests can enjoy one of four screened-in porches, perfect for morning coffee at sunrise or evening drinks at sunset.
