The home is thoughtfully configured with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 8 guests. Sleeping arrangements are split across two levels for maximum privacy. Upstairs, you will find the primary suite featuring a king bed and a futon with an en-suite bath, alongside a second bedroom with a queen bed and its own en-suite bath. The downstairs area includes a cozy bedroom with a queen bed and a fourth bedroom equipped with twin bunk beds.

Designed for both relaxation and productivity, the space includes several high-end touches to enhance your stay:

Practical Information: Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Please note that at 10,152 feet, Leadville stays naturally cool, so the home does not have air conditioning. To protect your stay, guests choose between a $250 refundable security deposit or a small damage waiver ($10/night, max $80) during online check-in. All check-in details and special requests are handled via a digital guidebook link sent by email.

House Rules:

• Pets are welcome (max 2), but cannot be left unattended. Fees apply: $70 + tax for one pet and $140 + tax for two.
• Smoking and events are not permitted.
• Stays longer than 15 days require a mid-stay cleaning for a $150 fee.
• Please be mindful of temporary snow removal parking signs during heavy snowfall.
• Due to the extreme altitude, some guests may experience dizziness or nausea; travel insurance is recommended as refunds are not provided for altitude-related issues.
