Location Highlights: The ranch is ideally situated for outdoor enthusiasts, located just a short 15-minute drive to both the charming town of Salida and the slopes of Monarch Mountain. Please be aware that the home is located next to Highway 50; while some highway noise is present outdoors, it remains very minimal once inside the house.

• Check-in: 4:00 PM
• Check-out: 10:00 AM
• Pets: Dog friendly (Maximum of 2 dogs)
• Fire Safety: A Stage 2 Fire Ban is in effect for all of July. During this period, charcoal grills, campfires, fire pits, and all other outdoor open flames are strictly prohibited.
• Usage: This home is for personal vacation use only. Large gatherings, parties, smoking, use of firearms, and driving ATVs (except in the driveway for access) are strictly prohibited. Violations may result in charges up to $3000.00.
• Cancellation: Full refund more than 30 days prior to check-in; 50% refund between 14 to 29 days prior. No refunds are issued due to weather or internet service interruptions.
