The sleeping arrangements include two queen beds, a bunk bed (full bottom and twin top), and a bonus twin bed located in a room attached to the master suite, ensuring everyone has a real bed. The master bedroom also includes a convenient en-suite bath with a tub and shower, while a second full bath is located on the main floor.

Fairhaven is packed with features for both relaxation and play. Guests can enjoy a dedicated lower-level game room, perfect for kids or off-days, and a balcony offering stunning views of Mt. Elbert and Mt. Massive to the west. The living area is equipped with a Smart TV, DVD/VCR player, and fast WiFi. The fully stocked kitchen comes complete with full-size appliances and a dishwasher, complemented by a dining table that fits the whole group. • Altitude & Climate: Situated at 10,152 feet, guests are advised to hydrate and ease into the altitude. Please note there is no A/C, as the elevation keeps nights cool; cross-breezes from open windows manage daytime warmth.
• Fees: Check-in requires either a $250 refundable security deposit or a damage waiver of $10 per night (max $80). Stays longer than 15 days require a mid-stay cleaning for a $150 fee.
