If you decide to do so in violation of our house rules, please ensure that all smoking materials are completely extinguished and disposed of in the designated receptacles. Kindly refrain from littering cigarette butts on the ground.
• Report Any Smoke or Fire: If you notice any signs of smoke or fire, immediately contact local authorities by calling 911. Your quick action could prevent a disaster.

• Respect Neighboring Spaces: Please refrain from entering or using neighboring property areas, including carports and spaces under decks. These areas are private and should be respected as such.
• Use of Outdoor Furniture: Kindly do not use the outdoor furniture belonging to neighboring homes. The Adirondack chairs provided for your use are red and are located within the designated area of this home underneath the deck.
• Cleanliness: Help us keep the common areas tidy by picking up after yourself. Whether it’s disposing of trash or returning items to their proper place, your efforts make a significant difference.
• Quiet Hours: To ensure a peaceful atmosphere for everyone, quiet hours begin at 10 PM. We kindly ask that you keep noise to a minimum during these times, allowing all guests and homeowners to relax and enjoy their evenings.
