Practical Information & Rules: Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Please be aware that this is a historic building with no elevator; all access to the 3rd floor is via stairs. Due to original windows and historic insulation, the unit can get cold during winter months (December–February); space heaters and extra blankets are provided. This is a smoke-free building and is not pet-friendly. Only two vehicles are permitted in the lot; no RVs, boats, or trailers are allowed. A refundable $150 security deposit or a small damage waiver ($5/night, max $40) is required during online check-in. For stays exceeding 15 days, a mandatory mid-stay cleaning is required for a $150 fee. Guests are reminded that Leadville's elevation of 10,152 ft can cause altitude sickness; hydration is strongly encouraged.
