The arrangements include 2 bedrooms and 2 beds, featuring a queen bed nestled in the loft and a twin bed downstairs, supplemented by 2 futons in the living room area for additional guests. The home also provides 1 full bathroom.

While the footprint is small, the home provides the comforts of home. The space includes a sitting area and a well-equipped kitchenette featuring an induction cooktop, microwave, refrigerator, toaster, and coffee maker, along with all necessary plates and utensils.

Situated in a dedicated tiny house park just one block from Harrison Avenue, the location is ideal for those who want to be in the center of the action. Guests can easily walk to local shops and restaurants. For the outdoor enthusiast, the property is a great base for exploring Leadville. You can bring your mountain bike to ride the Mineral Belt Trail, though a car is recommended for accessing the region's various hiking trails.
