This rustic chic home features a spacious layout with a queen bed located in the loft, accessible by ladder-like stairs with supportive handrails. For additional sleeping flexibility, the living area includes a leather sleeper sofa. The interior is thoughtfully designed with an open floor plan, dark hardwood floors, and vaulted ceilings that flood the space with natural light. The cozy living room is anchored by a large native moss rock and a gas fireplace, complemented by a leather recliner and a flatscreen TV with cable.

Culinary needs are met in the open kitchen, which boasts granite countertops, newer cabinets, and updated white appliances. The space also includes a small breakfast bar and a four-seat dining set, perfect for enjoying home-cooked meals. Step outside onto the furnished balcony to take in amazing views of Emerald Mountain, the Yampa Valley, and the historic Arnold Barn, or stay inside and enjoy the updated English chestnut-stained aspen wood furniture.

Experienced skiers can easily access the Voo Doo and See Me, See Ya slopes. In the summer, guests can enjoy fishing, mountain biking, and kayaking, or visit the nearby Emerald Park for picnics and soccer. Downtown Steamboat, with its art galleries and Old Town Hot Springs, is just a short trip down the hill.
