Location & Neighborhood Situated in the Brooklyn Circle neighborhood, the loft is perched on a hill providing scenic vistas of the town and surrounding mountains. Guests are just a 5-minute walk downhill to Main Street (Harrison Avenue) for dining and shopping. The location is also conveniently positioned 15 minutes from Turquoise Lake and 45 minutes from GUC Airport. Please note that a car is recommended for general exploration of the area.

Practical Info & Rules Check-in is available after 4:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. This is a non-pet-friendly property. Due to the high altitude of 10,152 ft, there is no air conditioning; the loft area may become warm on sunny summer afternoons. Guests should be mindful of altitude sickness and are encouraged to stay hydrated.

Important policies include a required security deposit of $150 (refundable) or a damage waiver of $5 per night (max $40), handled via the digital guidebook. For stays exceeding 15 days, a mandatory mid-stay cleaning is required for a fee of $150. Please be aware that new construction is ongoing on the block, which may result in daytime work noise. A small bunk-style storage area inside the unit is off-limits to guests.
