Westwind at Vail House Rules apply to all guests and visitors

1. The Town of Vail Rental Ordinance restricts occupancy of all rental units to Two (2) people per bedroom plus two (2) additional people – these occupancy limits must be strictly followed.
2. Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a lawful, courteous, and respectful manner at all times.
3. Smoking or vaping of any kind is not permitted inside the unit or anywhere on the property.
4. No parties or events of any size.
5. Direct any questions about your stay and maintenance concerns to your Host. 6. Quiet hours are observed between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM, and guests are asked to be mindful of neighbors during this time.
6. The Westwind hot tub and pool are located on the lower level and open daily 9:00 AM 9:00 PM. Towels are located at the pool entrance and must be returned to the towel bucket upon leaving. Please adhere to all posted hot tub & pool rules, as they are strictly enforced. NO GLASS ALLOWED! Failure to follow posted rules may result in loss of access.
7. No skis or snowboards in condos. Your host should provide access to a ski locker located in the garage.
8. Fitness Room is located at the pool entrance. Anyone under 16 years old must have an adult present.
9. Pets are not allowed at any time in any unit at Westwind at Vail. Service animals are permitted if documentation is provided to the host and verified by the property. Unauthorized pets may incur a fine and be asked to leave.
10. Guests are responsible for securing the unit and their personal belongings at all times. 12. Trash: Guests are responsible for disposing of trash in the bottom floor garage dumpster near the elevator.
11. Personal items such as skis, snowboards, bikes, luggage, and trash may not be stored in hallways, and balconies must be kept free of debris. Hanging or draping clothing or any personal items over balcony railings is not permitted.
12. Parking: Westwind at Vail has limited complimentary parking for 1 car per unit. Valid parking permits must be obtained from the front desk and placed on dashboard at all times. Additional cars will be directed to the Lionshead Parking garage.
13. For any medical, fire or safety emergency call 911.
14. Any emergency building issues (e.g. building water leak) call Vail Management: 970.476.9378 Violations of any of the building rules may result in a fine per occurrence, may be reported to Airbnb Community Support, and may result in a negative review from your host
