Sleeping Arrangements The layout features one bedroom and three bathrooms, accommodating up to 8 guests. The main 900 sq/ft suite includes a bedroom with a king bed and a queen pull-out sofa in the living area. This is connected to a 550 sq/ft studio suite featuring another king bed and a queen pull-out in the shared common area.

Practical Info & Rules Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. At least one guest in the party must be 21 years or older to rent the property. The entire building, including all balconies, is strictly smoke-free. Pets are not allowed. Please note that the front desk will place a $100-per-night, per-unit hold on your card for incidentals (maximum $300 per unit), which will be released after departure. Laundry access is available for guests staying seven nights or more. Daily housekeeping is not included but can be requested for an additional fee.
