Designed for efficiency and comfort, the home features a thoughtful layout with 2 bedrooms and 2 beds, accommodating up to 4 guests. Sleeping arrangements include first-floor accommodations for two people and a cozy loft space for an additional two guests. The home is completed by 1 full bathroom.

While the footprint is small, the experience is grand. Guests can enjoy a dedicated sitting area and a fully equipped kitchenette. The kitchenette is well-stocked with dishes, pans, and utensils, and features an induction cooktop, coffee pot, toaster, and mini fridge to handle your culinary needs.

Step outside your door to take in stunning views of Mount Elbert and Mount Massive. The location is unbeatable for those who love to explore; you are situated just half a block from Harrison Avenue, the main street of Leadville. This means you can easily walk to local restaurants and shops. For the outdoor enthusiast, Leadville offers endless opportunities. While a car is helpful for reaching most hiking trails, guests are encouraged to bring mountain bikes to explore the famous Mineral Belt Trail.

To ensure a pleasant stay, please keep a few practical notes in mind. Because these are tiny houses, they utilize smaller water tanks than traditional homes; we suggest taking short showers if your group is showering consecutively. Additionally, the home has limited electricity, so please avoid running a hairdryer and the microwave simultaneously to prevent tripping the breaker.
