The sleeping arrangements include a queen-size master bedroom on the lower level—complete with a 20” TV and an en-suite bath with a tub/shower combination—and an upper-level guest bedroom featuring a queen bed served by a second bathroom with a tub/shower combination. For additional guests, the living area includes a queen sleeper sofa.

The heart of the home is the open-concept main living area on the 3rd level. Here, you can relax on the love seat, play board games, or warm up in front of the wood-burning fireplace while watching the 32” flat screen TV. The kitchen is equipped with updated appliances, a breakfast bar that seats three, and a six-person dining table perfect for family-style meals. Step outside to your private balcony, furnished with Adirondack chairs and a BBQ grill, where you can enjoy cocktails against a backdrop of beautiful views of Vail Mountain.

While structured amenities are limited, the property provides an exceptional experience with access to the Simba Run complex features, including the largest indoor pool in Vail, a gym, a sauna, and tennis courts. In the summer, guests can enjoy the large shared patio with three grills.
