While the amenities list is minimal, the house is thoughtfully equipped for your stay. The kitchenette is fully stocked with essential dishes, pans, and utensils, and features a mini fridge, toaster, coffee pot, and an induction cooktop to prepare your favorite meals.

• Smoking: No smoking of any kind is permitted inside the house; violations incur a $300 penalty.
• Restrictions: No parties or open fires allowed.
• Note on Water: Because tiny houses use smaller water tanks than traditional homes, guests are kindly asked to take short showers, especially when showering in succession.
