With a compact but functional kitchen, you'll have all the essentials - oven, stove, fridge, and sink, plus plates, glasses, silverware, and a coffee maker. The comfortable queen bed with a 12-inch memory foam mattress ensures a restful night's sleep, while the small bathroom provides the necessary amenities including shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.

The studio unit features a complete kitchen, bathroom, and Roku TV with HBO and Netflix. The well-lit and cozy space is ideal for a couple looking to escape to the mountains. Take advantage of the ultra-fast WiFi if you need to get some work done or simply stream your favorite shows.

Please note that this property is licensed (#004364) and does not have air conditioning. Pets are allowed with an additional $50 fee (2 pet maximum). During your stay, be mindful of parking - use the ample spaces on Poplar Street or the diagonal parking on 8th Street, and watch for snow removal signs. Dispose of trash properly in the green Waste Management bins to prevent odors and messes. You may encounter some local wildlife and insects, but we've taken measures to ensure your stay remains undisturbed.

Staying in the mountains offers a unique and nature-immersed experience, so be prepared for the higher elevation. Altitude sickness is a real concern in Leadville and Twin Lakes, with elevations up to 10,000 feet. If you anticipate being affected, we recommend obtaining insurance at the time of booking, as we cannot offer refunds for altitude-related issues.
