This bright, open-concept mountainside townhouse provides 2,200 sq. ft. of space with stunning, unobstructed views. The home is designed for groups, featuring 5 bedrooms and 5 beds across 4 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 12 guests. The sleeping arrangements include a primary bedroom with a king bed, valley views, and an attached ensuite; two bedrooms with queen beds; one bedroom with two twin bunks; and a dedicated kids' room featuring two twin bunk beds over doubles, complete with its own TV and PlayStation 4.

Designed for entertainment and comfort, the living area boasts a massive 75” TV and high-speed internet. For active fun, the dining table doubles as a pool table, and there is a separate shuffleboard table. After a day on the slopes, unwind on the private deck with a brand new Jacuzzi hot tub featuring a waterfall and lights, a gas BBQ, and a fire pit. Inside, you can further relax in the 2-person infrared sauna.

Located in the brand new Frosty Pines development, The Rise offers a prime location with multiple ski access points to avoid long gondola lines. You are a short walk from the Mogul Track (accessing Ridge Rocket and Snow Ghost lifts) and easy street runs to Telus Park, Black Forest, and the Bullet lift for night skiing. The village is just a short downhill stroll or ski away for shopping, dining, and nightlife.

• Parking: Free parking for 2 vehicles (one garage, one uncovered). Additional parking available at Happy Valley overflow ($20/night or $100/week).

• Registered guests only; quiet hours from 11 PM to 7 AM.
