• Smoking Policy: No smoking is allowed anywhere on the property, inside or outside. Guests may use the sidewalk adjacent to the property.
• Pet Policy: Dogs are welcome! There is a $40 + tax pet fee per pet, per stay. Please notify management in advance, as an additional $50 fine applies to undeclared pets. Due to severe staff allergies, cats are strictly not permitted.
• Parking: Guests have access to a private parking lot. Please exercise caution during winter months as snow can make the surface slippery despite plowing efforts.
