The large open-plan kitchen and dining area, complete with a six-seater table, is fully equipped for family needs. • Quiet Hours: Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 10pm and 8am
• Wildlife: Please do not feed the wild birds, especially cockatoos
• Access: Keys are collected and returned via the local real estate agency
