While many hiking trails are accessible by car, the downtown location provides a perfect base for exploring all that Leadville has to offer.

Important Guest Information: Please note that tiny houses operate differently from traditional accommodations. The water tanks are smaller than standard homes, so we recommend taking shorter showers when multiple guests plan to shower consecutively. Additionally, the electrical system has limitations - avoid running high-power appliances simultaneously, such as a hairdryer and microwave, to prevent tripping the breaker. Strictly no smoking of any kind is permitted, with a $300 smoking fee assessed for violations. Candles, incense, and fireworks are also prohibited. Door codes are provided via email and text at 11am on your arrival day and activate at the 3pm check-in time. Our team is available through messaging daily until 9pm for any assistance you may need.
