• Pets: Dog-friendly (Cats are strictly not allowed due to severe staff allergies). A pet fee of $40 + tax per pet, per stay applies. An additional $50 fine will be charged if pets are brought without prior notification.
• Smoking: No smoking is permitted anywhere on the property, inside or outside. Guests may use the sidewalk adjacent to the property.
• Parking: A private lot is provided. Please be cautious during winter months as snow can make the surface slippery despite plowing efforts.
