You'll enjoy your own private entrance and access to free parking on premises, though please use caution during snowy conditions as the lot can become slippery.

The room comes equipped with comfortable bed linens, extra pillows and blankets, and room-darkening shades for restful sleep. You'll be perfectly positioned on Leadville's main street with Two Mile Hi Brewery directly across the street, plus a convenient gas station for basic needs. Unfortunately, cats cannot be accommodated due to staff allergies. A $50 fine applies if pets arrive without prior notification. The property maintains a strict no-smoking policy both inside and outside - guests who need to smoke may use the adjacent sidewalk.
