Experience the heart of historic Leadville at this fully renovated motel room, located on the main street and within walking distance of downtown. My husband and I purchased this historical motel in January 2021 and completed a comprehensive renovation of all rooms to provide modern comfort with authentic character.

This private accommodation features 1 bedroom with 1 bed and 1 private bathroom, comfortably sleeping up to 2 guests. The room includes a small dining and working table, perfect for planning your mountain adventures or catching up on work.

Key amenities include TV with DirectTV services, complimentary WiFi, dedicated workspace, and a fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, stove, oven, and coffee maker. Essential amenities are provided including towels, bathroom essentials, hair dryer, bed linens, extra pillows and blankets, and room-darkening shades. The property features a private entrance with smart lock for convenient self check-in, plus free parking on premises in our private parking lot.

The location is unbeatable for exploring Leadville's dining scene. Two Mile Hi Brewery sits directly across the street, with a convenient gas station nearby. Within a 5-minute walk, discover High Mountain Pies for amazing pizza and wings, Tennessee Pass Café known for their exceptional brussels sprouts and delicious burgers, or Quincy's for their signature bacon-wrapped filet mignon and weekend prime rib. Downtown Leadville is just a 5-10 minute stroll away.

Outdoor enthusiasts will appreciate close proximity to numerous trailheads and ski resorts. We recommend having a car to fully enjoy Leadville's 100+ mile trail system and nearby skiing opportunities.

Pet Policy: Dogs are welcome with a $40 plus tax fee per pet, per stay. Unfortunately, due to severe staff allergies, cats cannot be accommodated. Undeclared pets incur an additional $50 fine.

Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. No smoking is permitted on property (inside or outside) - please use the adjacent sidewalk if needed. Please exercise caution in the parking lot during winter months, as snow and ice conditions may make surfaces slippery despite our plowing efforts.
