Occupancy: Each cabin has a maximum occupancy limit of 2 guests. Exceeding this limit without prior consent may result in additional charges or eviction without a refund.

Respect Nature: Enjoy the natural surroundings, but please do not disturb wildlife. Stay on designated paths and leave no trace—take all trash with you or dispose of it properly.

No Smoking: This is a smoke-free cabin. Smoking is not permitted inside or on the property. Please dispose of cigarette butts responsibly if you smoke outside.

Pets: Pets are not allowed unless specified. If you have special circumstances, please contact us in advance.

Kitchen Use: Feel free to use the kitchen, but please clean up after yourself. Wash dishes and dispose of food waste properly.

Fire Safety: If a fire pit is available, please follow all safety guidelines. Make sure to extinguish all fires completely before leaving the area and do not leave any fires unattended. Please understand there may be periods of total fire bans which may result in the closure of the outdoor fire pit. You will be notified if this is the case.

Guests: Only registered guests are allowed on the property. If you wish to have visitors, please inform us beforehand.

Damage and Breakage: Please report any damages or breakages to us immediately. Accidents happen, and we are generally understanding; however, guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay. The cost of repairs, replacements, or cleaning will be charged to the guest's credit card on file.

Mini Bar Policy: All items in the mini bar are provided for your convenience and must be paid for prior to consumption via the tablet provided. If items are not paid for during your stay, the cost of the item, plus an administration fee, will be charged to the guest's credit card on file.

Force Majeure: We are not responsible for any cancellations or alterations due to events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, acts of God, government actions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
