After being purchased in January 2021, this property underwent a full renovation of all rooms to provide guests with a fresh and updated stay while maintaining its classic charm.

This private accommodation is designed for two guests, featuring 1 bedroom with a comfortable king size bed and 1 bathroom. Inside the room, you will find a TV equipped with Direct TV services and a small dining/working table, perfect for planning your mountain adventures. For your convenience, towels and bathroom essentials are provided.

Located directly on the main street of Leadville, the location is unbeatable. You are just steps away from local favorites; the Two Mile Hi brewery and a convenient gas station are situated right across the street. For dining, a less than 5-minute walk brings you to High Mountain Pies for amazing pizza and wings, Tennessee Pass Café for delicious burgers and famous brussels sprouts, or Quincy's for their on-point bacon wrapped fillet mignon and weekend prime ribs. Downtown Leadville is a short 5-10 minute stroll in any direction. Additionally, the property is close to numerous trail heads and ski resorts, though a car is recommended to fully explore the extensive 100+ mile trail system or visit nearby slopes.

• Check-in: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM
• Check-out: 10:00 AM
• Pets: Dog-friendly. A fee of $40 + tax per pet, per stay applies. A $50 fine will be issued if pets are brought without prior notification. Due to severe staff allergies, cats are strictly not allowed.
• Smoking: No smoking is permitted anywhere on the property, inside or outside. Guests may use the public sidewalk next to the property.
