While the room is compact, it is thoughtfully equipped to ensure a great stay. The space includes:

• A small kitchen featuring a fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and oven
• A small dining and working table
• TV with Direct TV services
• Provided towels and bathroom essentials

Located right on the main street of Leadville, the location is unbeatable for foodies and explorers. You will find Two Mile Hi brewery and a convenient gas station directly across the street. Within a five-minute walk, you can enjoy amazing pizza and wings at High Mountain Pies, delicious burgers and some of the best brussels sprouts in town at Tennessee Pass Café, or a high-end meal at Qincys, where the bacon-wrapped fillet mignon and weekend prime ribs are highly recommended. Downtown Leadville is just a short 5-10 minute stroll away.

For those seeking outdoor thrills, the property is close to numerous trailheads and ski resorts. While the town center is walkable, a car is recommended to fully experience the 100+ miles of local trail systems or to visit the nearby skiing slopes.

• Check-in: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM
• Check-out: 10:00 AM
• Pets: Dog-friendly only (cats are strictly prohibited due to staff allergies). A fee of $40 + tax applies per pet, per stay. A $50 fine will be issued if pets are brought without prior notification.
• Smoking: No smoking is allowed anywhere on the property, inside or outside. Guests may use the sidewalk adjacent to the property.
• Parking: Private parking is available. Please exercise caution during snowy weather as the lot can become slippery despite plowing efforts.
