The location puts you 4 blocks from downtown Leadville's restaurants, brewery, bookstore, and historic mining district, with easy access to Copper Mountain (25 minutes), Mt Elbert Trailhead (26 minutes), and world-class skiing, hiking, and outdoor adventures.

Located in the highest elevation city in North America at 10,152 feet, Leadville offers year-round mountain activities including skiing at nearby resorts, hiking fourteeners, mountain biking on the Mineral Belt Trail, and exploring Victorian-era mining history. The area provides access to ghost towns, scenic drives including Mosquito Pass, and outdoor recreation for every skill level.

Check-in is at 4:00 PM with check-out at 10:00 AM. Self check-in via smart lock with your code sent the day of arrival. Pets are welcome with a $60 fee (2 pets maximum) but cannot be left unattended at the property. Quiet hours are observed from 10 PM to 8 AM out of consideration for neighbors. The property does not have air conditioning, though Leadville's elevation rarely requires it even in summer. Wide steps lead down to the unit, manageable for most guests but not step-free. Given the 10,152-foot elevation, guests should be mindful of altitude effects and stay hydrated.
