Sleeping arrangements include one king bedroom, one queen bedroom, and a queen futon to ensure everyone has a comfortable place to rest. The interior has been refurnished with log furniture and new beds, complemented by a comfortable living room and a fully stocked kitchen for your convenience.

Outdoor living is a highlight of this property. You can relax on the deck overlooking a small lake or enjoy the surrounding forest and lake views. For recreation and dining, the yard includes a horseshoe pit and a charcoal BBQ grill.

Leadville is a very walkable city, and this home is located just 8 miles north of downtown. It is a short drive to Camp Hale, the Tennessee Pass Nordic Center, and downtown attractions. Outdoor enthusiasts will appreciate the proximity to Lake Turquoise (12 mins), Copper Mountain and Ski Cooper (25 mins), and the Mt. Elbert Trailhead (26 mins). Major resorts including Vail, Breckenridge, Keystone, and Beaver Creek are within a 30–50 minute drive.
