The layout includes a main-level primary bedroom featuring an Olympic Queen dual Sleep Number bed, as well as a loft with a queen-size bed. Additional flexible sleeping options include a full sofa sleeper and a cozy twin nook equipped with its own TV and DVD player, making it a great spot for kids.

Practical Information & Rules:

• Check-in: 4:00 PM | Check-out: 10:00 AM
• Pets: Up to 2 well-behaved dogs are welcome
• Winter Access: From November through April, 4-wheel drive AND snow chains or auto-socks are strictly required. Pickups must have substantial weight over the rear axle to access the driveway.
• Restrictions: No air conditioning; no outdoor burning of any kind except for the provided propane grill.
• Policies: Rented for personal vacation use only; no large gatherings or parties. Smoking, firearms, and driving ATVs (except for driveway access) are prohibited. Violations may result in charges up to $3,000.
• Cancellations: Full refund more than 30 days prior to check-in; 50% refund between 14 to 29 days prior. No refunds after this period or due to weather/internet interruptions.
