This inviting ground-floor condo is designed for comfort and convenience, featuring 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Both bedrooms are equipped with queen beds—including brand-new mattresses as of March 2024—and spacious closets to keep your gear organized. The living area provides a cozy space to unwind with a TV featuring Chromecast for your entertainment; please note that the couch is not a pull-out bed.

For those who enjoy home-cooked meals, the kitchen is fully equipped with all general cooking supplies, a coffee machine, and a crockpot for easy meal preparation. Guests enjoy seamless access to the entire condo and a private back patio, with a coin-operated washer and dryer located just a few steps away in unit #3.

Location is everything, and this home puts you right where you want to be. You are near local hiking trails, the Farmers Market for fresh produce and artisan goods, and the vibrant Vail Village, where you can explore public art, boutique shops, and a variety of restaurants, cafes, and pubs. Getting around is simple with a dedicated parking spot right in front of the condo, close access to I-70, and a free year-round bus that makes transporting gear to Vail Mountain effortless.

• Quiet hours are strictly enforced from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM per HOA rules (violations may result in a $100 fine)
• Please note: This property does not have air conditioning

To ensure a smooth arrival, guests will receive an email with a link to a digital guidebook. This is the sole method for accessing check-in information and managing security deposits. Guests must choose between a $150 refundable security deposit (temporary card hold) or a small damage waiver of $5 per night (maximum $40).
