This spacious one-bedroom villa is designed for comfort and versatility, accommodating up to 6 guests. The layout features one bedroom with a queen bed, supplemented by two sofa beds in the living area. The space is completed by one bathroom featuring a shower/tub combination.

Practical Information: Check-in is at 4:00 PM (guests must be 21+) and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Please note that the Streamside Birch and Douglas buildings rely on alpine breezes and do not have air conditioning. On-site parking is $15 daily per vehicle starting January 1, 2026. This is a cashless resort; credit cards or Bitcoin are the only accepted forms of payment. Family pets are not permitted, though service animals are welcome. Quiet hours are observed from 9 PM to 8 AM. Smoking is strictly prohibited in units and on balconies. Please be aware of scheduled exterior renovations at the Evergreen building from April 20 to June 30, 2026.
