The sleeping arrangements are thoughtfully curated for maximum comfort: the first bedroom features a King bed, the second offers a Queen bed, and the third includes two Twin beds. Each room is styled with plush beds, fresh linens, and ample storage space to help you settle in effortlessly.

The heart of the home is the inviting living room, which provides comfortable seating and a flat-screen TV—perfect for movie nights or unwinding after a day of exploration. Practical Information & House Rules:

• Check-in: 4:00 PM | Check-out: 10:00 AM
• Minimum age to book: 21 years old
• Pet-friendly: Furry companions are welcome! We ask that pets remain off the furniture and beds. A $250 fee applies for any pet-related damages.
• Security: A doorbell camera is located on the exterior, facing the street and front entrance.
• Resort Access: One magnetic access card is provided for community amenities; please leave it on the kitchen counter upon departure to avoid a $100 replacement fee.
• Essentials: A starter supply of toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, dish soap, and hotel shampoo/conditioner/soap is provided. Guests should bring additional supplies as needed (salt and pepper are not provided).
• Trash: Trash must be placed inside the trash bench by 10:30 AM for pickup. Please follow all HOA bagging and bulk pickup guidelines to avoid violations.
