The home features 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms across three levels, comfortably accommodating up to 16 guests. Sleeping arrangements are flexible to suit families and couples alike:

• Lower Level: Two bedrooms, each offering a choice of two twin beds or one king bed.
• Middle Level: One bedroom with two queens and one bedroom with a single queen.
• Top Level: One bedroom with two queens and one bedroom with a king, both featuring private en-suite bathrooms.
• Loft: A cozy daybed with a pull-out trundle for additional guests.

Inside, a two-story great room wrapped in glass overlooks the forest, anchored by a stone gas fireplace and deep sofas. The gourmet kitchen is built for crowds, featuring an oversized quartz island, a full stainless suite with a double-door fridge, a coffee bar with an espresso machine, and long farmhouse tables for family-style meals. Entertainment is plentiful with a secret kids' game room featuring an N64, Nintendo Switch, and bean bag lounge, as well as an adult game area with a pool table, air hockey, and a dedicated bar nook.

The backyard resort is a true highlight, boasting a multi-sport court for pickleball and hoops, an 8-person cedar barrel sauna, a hot tub, and an outdoor movie theater area. • Requirements: Guests must be 25+ to book. A signed rental agreement and valid ID are required within 24 hours of booking. HOA car pass fees ($7 per vehicle) apply.
• Restrictions: Outdoor fires are not permitted within Towamensing Trails. Unauthorized late check-outs are subject to a $500 penalty.
